Job Responsibilities:
-Must be able to communicate with the office staff and field management.
-Follow installation guidelines and use correct tools for achieving accurate installation standards.
-Be professional and motivated to excel.
-Help build the company image by producing highest quality installations and using ethical trade practices.
Job Requirements:
-2 to 4 years of experience as a lead installer.
-1 year experience as a helper/apprentice
-Experience in fast paced production
-Knowledge of residential and commercial installations.
-Understanding the importance of meeting completion deadlines
-Skilled in installation conditions and techniques as required by specific product.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Reliable Transportation
-Installation Tools
