HOME INSPECTOR: Experienced and certified through the Idaho Association of Home Inspectors, or top national schools required. Previous experience is required in construction, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc. Must be familiar with all internal and external mechanics of residential and commercial inspections. The ideal candidate is certified, experienced, detailed, professional, reliable, and computer proficient. A good work ethic, positive attitude, excellent references and communication skills are also required. A familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is necessary. Days of operation: Mon-Sat. Compensation based on experience. Expect approximately $2000.00 month to start, after paid training.
HOME INSPECTOR ASSISTANT: Paid training, $10. HR, once trained $12 HR. Excellent opportunities offered for advancement. Must have construction background, experience listed above. All positions will require a background check. Training agreement is required for both postings.
