Forever Green has multiple positions open within our company. We are a locally owned landscaping company who's been serving Boise and the surrounding areas for 20+ years. We are looking to hire great people with strong work ethics and ready to work. We are looking to fill mowing and pruning crew positions, as well as a mow crew lead, and a pruning foreman. Experience with commercial landscape equipment is a plus.

As a MOW CREW LEAD you should have at least one (1) full mow season and verifiable experience on a commercial mow crew, have working knowledge and the ability to operate mowers such as Gravely, Exmark, Walker, trimmers, edgers, blowers , and other commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. You must be able to lead a crew of 2 to 3 people and have the ability and knowhow to train new employees as needed. You must have a great attitude, work ethic, ability to spend long hours on your feet, work in all types of weather, and a keen eye for detail because your work is our advertisement.
As a MOW CREW MEMEBER your duties may include, but are not limited to mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, and cleaning up debris. You should have a keen eye to details, able to work long hours in all types of weather, be on your feet all day, move efficiently and work well with others. You are responsible for the overall curb appeal of the properties on a weekly basis.
As a PRUNING FOREMAN you will need safe working knowledge of equipment such as pole saws, chain saws, shears, and hand pruners, etc. You must be willing to work hard, and able to work long hours on your feet in all types of weather. The ability to lead a crew, work efficiently, and a keen attention to details makes you an ideal candidate.
As a PRUNING CREW MEMBER you will be doing tree/shrub trimming and pruning as well as clean up afterwards. We often cross train our crew members so they can fill in on our mow crews as needed or landscaping projects that we are working on. Crew members need to be able to work on their feet for long hours, in various types of weather.
Competitive pay depending on experience. 401K after a one year.
