We are currently looking for individuals who have experience in floor installation - Site finished, pre-finished, laminate & LVT.
Must have experience running all types of saws, floor nailers, finish nailers & all tools oriented around floor installation. A keen eye to detail is a must. Willing to train the right individual but some knowledge in this field is required.
Looking for individuals with a good work ethic, people who do not call in sick often and are able to leave personal business at home. You must be able to work with others and take instruction and criticism in stride. This position will require you to work in people's residences also requiring communication with homeowners from time to time. We do not allow smoking in company vehicles or on job sites.
Applicant must have valid Driver's License and a clean enough record to drive company vehicles as needed and be able to commute.
We currently have 12 employees and are looking to add a few more to the family.
