Jacks Metal Works is looking for an experienced metal fabricator to both fabricate in the shop as well as perform metal installations out in the field. Most outside work consists of installing railings, gates, enclosures, and stairs but can vary based on each project. Being able to read a tape, fit parts in the field, and do layouts are a must. Other required skills include being able to weld, operate standard construction tools, and think on your feet. This job requires applicants to be able to lift heavy objects and work on your feet. Because some of these installations are performed within customer’s homes, applicants will also need to be able to pass a background check and need to have a valid license.
