I am a commercial GC looking to expand back into residential remodels. I am looking for someone who can do drywall repair and patches, painting, flooring, trim, cabinets. This is a bags on position at this time but I would like someone to take it and manage it when it gets going.
This is mostly a part time position while I get things scheduled up.
I get this isn't ideal for most people. Let me know if anyone is interested in such a thing. It could be great for someone looking to break into a management role.
1099 ok, I wouldn't mind partnering with a handyman type business that needs to pick up some extra work.
