We are a fast-growing family-owned tree and landscape company here in Boise. We are looking for an experienced climber who works well with a team and can communicate professionally with clients. We are also looking to hire a groundsman/landscaper. We appreciate hard-working people who are driven to grow and take on more roles. Responsibilities:
-Perform tree care and trimming to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees.
-Operate trucks/trailers and rigging equipment safely for high-altitude work.
-Lift experience is a plus.
-Conduct landscape maintenance, including lawn care and horticulture practices.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in tree care and trimming techniques
-Proficiency in rigging.
-Familiarity with landscape planning
-Strong background in landscape maintenance
-Knowledge of horticulture and plant growth principles
-Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
