Riverside is now seeking a trailer repair tech and/or truck bed / accessory installer and is taking applications.

We are looking for applicants that bring a strong work ethic and strive to put forth the best for each customer. We prefer an applicant who has prior experience in related or similar trades and skill sets.
Job Description
- Installation of Truck Beds on Pickups
- Repair and modify trailers (horse/livestock, utility, equipment, cargo, and powersports)
- Adding or fabricating additional accessories for trailers
- Adding additional accessories to pickup trucks (Flatbeds, bumpers, hitches, snow plows, and other accessories)
- Looking for applicants proficient in welding (aluminum welding experience preferred)
- Fabrication skills (cutting, forming, and modifying existing and new projects)
- General knowledge of mechanics a plus
- Prefer applicants that have knowledge and understanding of 12 volt automotive wiring systems and ability to diagnose and find shorts and other wiring issues
Further responsibilities would include but not limited to.
Interacting with customers and verifying what each customer wants or needs.
Describing repairs or modifications to customers if needed
Ability to follow written or verbal instructions on how and when to preform work on units
Preparing and turning in work orders to service manager
Assembling and preparing new units for sale.
Maintain knowledge current jobs completed and current jobs not completed
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
We are seeking a full time position. Pay DOE, however Riverside offers competitive wage with benefits as well as productivity incentives.
