Our Service Tech’s
You'll be the face of Bill's, serving as the trusted expert who keeps our customers comfortable year-round. You'll be servicing, maintaining, and repairing all residential HVAC equipment, including the premium brands we install (York, Mitsubishi, Hitachi), as well as Rinnai tankless water heating systems.
Expert Diagnostics: Quickly and accurately troubleshoot complex residential HVAC and water heater issues.
Customer Consultation: Clearly explain findings, build trust, and confidently present repair or replacement options.
Quality Repairs: Execute repairs and maintenance to the highest standard, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction.
System Upgrades: Identify opportunities to improve customer comfort and efficiency by offering new system and accessory options.
What We Need in Our HVAC Tech's:
We’re looking for a technician who is skilled, smart, and customer-focused.
Expert Residential HVAC Skills: 3+ years of verified experience diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems and water heaters.
Certifications: EPA certification is a non-negotiable must. NATE certification? That's a huge bonus!
Stellar Communication: You can explain technical issues in plain English, build instant trust, and present options with confidence and clarity.
Problem-Solving Swagger: You have quick thinking, attention to detail, and a knack for tackling the trickiest HVAC challenges with a great attitude.
Customer-First Attitude: A friendly, professional vibe that makes every customer feel valued and heard.
The Basics: A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. You must also be comfortable with on-call rotations.

Uncapped Potential; Premium Compensation: Your skill level determines your income level. We offer a pay of $65,000 - $78,000 per year, with a highly lucrative, performance-based bonus structure. Top-performing Service Tech's on our team have a proven earning potential of up to $160,000 annually.
