The Position: Direct Care Professional
We are looking for individuals to build meaningful relationships with adults wanting to gain more independence within their homes and in the community. Direct Care Professionals support our individuals in a variety of ways including activities of daily life, home care, socialization in the community, and behavior management. Direct Care Professionals are more than caregivers but mentors and life coaches for a great community of people!
· Extensive and continuous training on participant needs and goals
· Implement programs as described in Service Plans
· Work closely with program coordinator and care team
· Assist participants in problem solving and skill development
· Prompting and redirecting
· Accurate documentation
No experience necessary. Whether you're in school, a recent college graduate, someone returning to the workforce, or just looking for a rewarding career change, we welcome all to apply. We offer thorough training and cover all certification costs. Mileage reimbursement and referral program.
FT and PT positions available. Day, Swing, and Graveyard shifts available. Lots of oppurtunities for overtime.
Positions available in Boise, Meridian, Kuna, and Nampa
Minimum Qualifications:
· At least 18 years old
· High School Diploma/GED
· Driver’s License and Insurance
· Reliable Transportation
· Able to pass a background check
