Job Overview
We are looking to hire a service writer for our Meridian location. Experience in the automotive field is encouraged but not required. We pride ourselves on providing the training and environment to bring new entrants up to speed.
Our hours are Monday - Friday 8am-6pm, and we are open Saturdays in Meridian from 6am-2pm. Our scheduling is flexible, we can accommodate a Monday through Friday as well as a Tuesday through Saturday work week.
As a service advisor, your duties would include (but would not be limited to):
Scheduling Appointments and Maintaining the Repair Calendar
Maintaining Constant and Consistent Communication with Clientele about Vehicle Progress
Creating Repair Orders and Ordering Parts
Monitoring Service Progress
Opening and Closing Store as Needed
Keep Accurate Parts Records
Assisting the Store Manager where/when needed

Requirements:
Applicants must be over the age of 18
Must have reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license – CDL license would be a nice to have
Must have a strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a challenging, and fast-paced environment.
