Seeking dependable and motivated Customer Service Specialist.
Apogee Design, Inc., a software development and hosting company is seeking a friendly and tech-savvy Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This front-line role involves supporting our diverse clients by providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and more. We will provide training specific to our customer/client base.
Duties:
- First line of contact for answering questions and problem-solving.
- Assist client needs related to our software and hosting solutions
- Use your people skills to build strong relationships with our varied client base.
- Work in-office at our American Falls location.
Starting Pay $15 Plus Per Hour Depending On Experience
