FireWiFi is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service/Tech Support Associate.
This individual will need to be tech savvy and willing to throw themselves into projects that they may not be familiar with.
Also need:
Great communication skills
Ability to resolve concerns while keeping one’s composure
Proficient in google docs.
Ability to learn quickly.

Work times may be flexible, but two Saturdays a month are necessary to work. We have a need for day shifts and evening shifts.
This position is predominantly a work from home position, but we do have an office in Rexburg if you prefer to work in an office.
Pay is $11-12/hour to start depending on experience, and could go up if the right person is hired and shows the skills and initiative needed to grow.
This position will be a crucial part of the team that ensures our customers get incredible service. We depend on this position to make our customers happy. We are growing rapidly which means there may be new opportunities or special projects that come along. This individual will need to be a team player that can roll with unexpected changes as our company expands and adapts.
