7C Junction & Deli is seeking an energetic Deli Manager with cooking experience. The successful Deli Manager candidate will be responsible for assisting with staff management, food ordering, staff scheduling, food prep, menu prep, creating daily lunch specials, & organization of kitchen, coolers, freezers, & storage areas.
The Deli Manager must have cooking experience including a familiarity with a variety of different foods and preparations. Serv Safe Manager certification required. Culinary training a plus. Must be able to produce rotating weekly menu of family meals for grab and go sale and manage day to day activites in busy fast paced kitchen.
We have a very vibrant, fun kitchen with a positive atmosphere and we can offer a flexible schedule. We are open year round 4:30 am to 8 pm.
