Caretaker Needed-On-Site Housing Provided
Seeking a reliable and experienced individual for a part-time caretaker position, approximately 15 hours per week. Duties include but not limited to:
1. General home repair skills
2. Maintaining swimming pool
3. Weeding, yardwork, snow removal
On site housing in a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath guest house outside of Idaho Falls city limits, but near shopping etc. Applicant must provide verifiable references that include proof of skills and work experience. Successful applicants will be required to consent to criminal and credit history checks.
