Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Installer to join our team. As an installer, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining various products or systems at customer locations. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to follow safety protocols. Depending on your employment status, you may either be classified as an independent contractor (1099) or a full-time employee (W-2).

Key Responsibilities:

Installation: Install products and systems, ensuring they meet company standards and customer specifications.

Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks, including repairs and upgrades to existing systems or equipment.

Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, answering any questions or concerns they may have about the installation process.

Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including work orders, time logs, and installation checklists.

Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations, using the proper tools, equipment, and protective gear while on the job.

Travel: Travel to various job sites as needed, ensuring timely arrivals and completing installations efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as an installer or in a similar field

Technical Knowledge: Ability to operate and maintain installation equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions.

Customer Focus: Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Dependability: Punctual and reliable, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Employment Status:

1099 Independent Contractor: You will be classified as an independent contractor, meaning you are responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and insurance. As a 1099 contractor, you will have more flexibility in your work schedule and typically handle your own tools and equipment.

W-2 Employee: You will be classified as an employee, which includes benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and taxes withheld from your paycheck. You may be provided with tools, equipment, and training by the company.
