We are looking for a happy energetic, positive person that loves working with Seniors. Our Maintenance Assistant is an important part of our team. This person will support and Assist the Community's Maintenance Director to complete daily tasks that include; Apartment Renovations,Painting, Basic Plumbing, Electrical, Basic Finish Carpentry, Daily Work Orders and overall upkeep of the Interior and Exterior of the building. Qualifications
Demonstrates effective time management skills and be able to work with out supervision. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs without assistance and be able to do labor intensive activities for extended periods of time. Additional Information
