Job Description: Marketing and Sales Manager

Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation Package: $30k-$50k/year

Time Requirement: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8-5

Jacob Grant Property Management manages residential rental properties between Rexburg and Pocatello, Idaho. We invest to improve communities and optimize financial performance for real estate investors.

We are currently in the expansion phase of growing our level of service along with the amount of investors we serve. In our 11 years of operation we have established a reputation for providing residents and owners with the highest quality properties, services, and community living. We pride ourselves in maximizing the financial performance of real estate for our investors.

You have experience in sales, marketing, social media marketing, community involvement, and customer relations. Role Summary:

Build a marketing plan. Lead a team to execute the plan. As a team leader you will be responsible to demonstrate our values through all communication. Your role as team leader will be to demonstrate our values and create space and encouragement to exercise healthy debate, to grow your impact and grow the impact of each team member on marketing plan execution.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department

Develop marketing strategy that is in line with company values

Train and develop entire team's contribution to marketing.

Develop and oversee company's marketing budget

Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans

Monitor and report effectiveness of marketing communication

Develop and oversee plan to expand to other markets

Maintain social presence at property and business level

Reputation management

Optimize digital campaigns based on performance indicators

Build relevant audiences for digital advertising campaigns

Stay up-to-date on current market trends and competition

Acquire and oversee the growth of investor portfolios

Set sales and marketing KPI's and ensure they are on track for achievement

Participate in lead role within the company and help in achieving overall business goals and growth

Regularly maintain personal and business relationships

Assist with various special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Must have a track record of building and maintaining healthy relationships

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing and sales, or other related field

3+ years' experience in marketing and sales

Transformative approach to leadership that inspires and empowers others

Aware of the latest market trends and shifts

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Solid computer skill and awareness of web-based marketing and social media

Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing

Understanding of property investment
