We are now accepting applications for a full time Primary Showing Agent on our Resident Services team! We are looking for a positive, upbeat agent to present and show potential residents our available properties. Thank you for your interest in becoming part of our team!

Responsibilities

● Schedule and show properties to prospective residents

● Review and sign lease agreements

● Assist coordination for marketing of available properties

● Online review management

● Communicate and interact well with the public

● Maintain composure in stressful situations

● Ability to stand on feet majority of the day

● Positive, upbeat, and personable

Wages

● Entry level pay is between $9-$12 per hour plus benefits

● Employees with relevant experience have the opportunity to make $10-$15 per hour plus benefits

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. All positions must work 40 hours per week during the summer.
