About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our client’s shipping & receiving and manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with some administrative or logistics experience who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving Support:
Assist in reviewing and verifying shipping & receiving data for accuracy
Help compile and distribute reports to the correct departments
Work closely with warehouse operators and logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations
Front Desk & Office Coordination:
Manage the front entrance lobby, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts
Assist with office organization and administrative tasks
General Administrative Support:
Learn to use NetSuite or other ERP systems to input and track data
Maintain records and ensure accuracy in documentation
Support team members with clerical tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Some experience in administration, shipping & receiving, customer service, or manufacturing (preferred but not required)
Willingness to learn new skills and work in a dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
Good communication and teamwork skills to work with operators and internal teams
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent required
