Resident Services Coordinator

We are now accepting applications for a Resident Services Coordinator! We are looking for a positive, upbeat agent to assist with marketing and leasing tasks and show potential residents our available properties. Thank you for your interest in becoming part of our team!

Responsibilities

Answering phone calls with quality customer service and professionalism

Assisting walk-in traffic with confidence and knowledge

Scheduling and performing property showings

Preparing and reviewing lease agreements

Starting and ending marketing for available properties

Processing rental applications or reasonable accommodations

Creating and engaging with social media content

Skills & Traits

Communicate and interact well with the public

Maintain composure in stressful situations

Ability to stand on feet majority of the day

Positive, upbeat, and personable

Professional confidence

Adaptable

Wages

Entry-level pay is between $9-$12 per hour plus benefits

Employees with relevant experience have the opportunity to make $10-$15 per hour plus benefits

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. All positions must work 40 hours per week during the summer.
