We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as an Alarm/CCTV Field Service Technician. This role involves providing security services and installations to various institutions, with a focus on troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and low voltage electrical work. An Idaho Limited Energy/Low Voltage electrical license is required for this full-time position based in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Responsibilities
Prioritize and plan service calls, including contacting customers with estimated time of travel and accurately reporting service data
Perform alarm and CCTV system installations and service, including preventative maintenance inspections and basic installation functions
Develop a working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures, while maintaining effective communication with the office
