Gem State Staffing is partnered with Atco Structures & Frontec, a company based out of Texas, projects on five continents and a facility in Pocatello, Idaho. They are growing and demand is high. They are looking for applicants with construction experience for many entry-level Production Crew positions - fashioning modular building structures (workforce housing, temporary relocatable structures, classrooms, etc).
The position would be Full-Time with the option to become an ATCO employee. Work hours: 7 am - 4:30 pm - Monday thru Friday. Overtime is required as needed.
Responsibilities include:
⢠Introductory carpentry tasks: assisting in the assembly of floors, walls and roofs.
⢠You would be responsible for assisting in the installation of sheet rock, door assembly, windows installation, trim and millwork, along with cleaning and detailing the finished units.
⢠Residential construction experience is necessary.
Qualified applicants must:
Be able to pass a nationwide background check
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Possess or obtain steel-toe work boots (leather, above the ankle)
Be hardworking and reliable - tardiness and absenteeism is frowned upon!
Will work safely with a wide variety of hand and power tools and others
Work well within a team setting - Together Everyone Achieves More!!
Basic comprehension of written/spoken English language
Be able to bend, squat and kneel on a consistent basis
Able to lift 35 lbs. overhead and lift and carry 55 lbs.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with occasional noise level being moderately to loud
Pay starts at $12.00/hr up to $22.00 + Hiring bonus*
