We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Window & Door Installer to join our team. Needs to have a strong background in various installation tasks and construction management, with the ability to oversee projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality installations.
Responsibilities:
Install Windows, Patio Doors & Entry Doors in our customers' homes
Enforce safe practices and comply with OSHA
Trim out all windows & doors in accordance with the sales rep's plans
Install accurately & efficiently, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in window/door installation
Strong communication skills to the customer for any issues/updates on the job
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work on time.
