Key Responsibilities:Accurately and promptly price vehicles online to maintain competitive and up-to-date listings.Manage the dealership websites when necessary.Coordinate sponsorship requests and ensure all requirements are fulfilled.Plan and execute dealership events, including internal employee events and community-facing activities.Professionally represent the dealership at events and sponsorship engagements.Handle last-minute requests and shifting priorities with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset.Meet strict deadlines while managing multiple projects.Create basic graphic design materials; Photoshop experience is a plus but not required.Occasionally work evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
