Summary The Guest Service Supervisor manages, trains, and supports the guest service team. They will also help drive guests to and from different locations and give guests suggestions on activities when needed. Job Posting Deadline

    Train staff on driving techniques, professionalism, and other standard procedures
    Assist front desk supervisor in cross training employees when needed 
    Keep track of guest experience and number of drives throughout the day 
    Know about all daily hotel functions, locations, and times for appropriate guest direction
    Pick up and deliver guests to various local locations when needed 
    Drive safely at all times
    Follow up with all incident reports immediately
    Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, activities, and hotel facilities while transporting guests 
    Other duties as assigned
