The starting rate for this position is $28.88. The rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. Job Summary Manages a caseload of patients with psychiatric diagnoses and their families as part of an interdisciplinary team; contributes to the overall program by facilitating individual, group, and family meetings; leads groups; makes managed care calls; and establishes patient/discharge planning. Job Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-stress situations.
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or obtained before completion of orientation.
Master’s degree required.
Current Maine Social Worker/Clinician license required. LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC-C, LCPC, or LADC required.
