Hells Canyon Grand Hotel is hiring for all restaurant staff positions, including servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers. Chef Tony brings more than 20 years of leadership and culinary experience to the hotel. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he has led teams in major markets and events like the Super Bowl and Daytona 500.
