Events set-up Coordinator

Schedule Requirements: This is a part-time, event driven position. Shifts vary based on events scheduled at the winery. May through September are the heavy weekend months. Must be available to work weekends and/or holidays.
It is the primary responsibility of the Events set-up coordinator to work with the Events Manager to follow event layout requirements to clean floors, set up, tear down and ensure that event set-up is completed on time, and meet expectations of Events Manager.
What To Expect
Cleaning floors, setting up tables, chairs (inside and out), stages, risers, pipe and drape and other equipment for events.
Maintaining a clean work environment by emptying trash, sweeping and cleaning floors and wiping down equipment, and keeping event equipment organized.
An active day where you are always on your feet and moving
Anticipate and solve on-site technical, creative and timeline issues in conjunction with management to meet deadlines.
Operate company lifts and cleaning equipment and notify management of maintenance needs.
Develop clear knowledge of handling and condition of tools/inventory/equipment/vehicles; document and report loss and damages.
Perform all other job related duties as requested.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
