PAINTING: Definitely the hall bathroom, then my master bathroom if all goes well. The hall bathroom is a teeny tiny bathroom, minimal wall space since the huge mirror covers 90% of one wall and tub-shower tile surround goes from wall to wall on another wall, but this room does have a skylight so ceiling isn't just a flat surface. you will need a ladder, a worker stole mine! There is white wood trim up around the skylight that needs painting and floor trim/door. The tub-floor caulking needs removing and replacing. You tell me whether the wax ring around the toilet (both 17 years old) needs replacing or the area just needs caulking. I supply high quality semi-gloss paint and wax ring if needed.
I'm low income, can't pay absurd LC valley market rates, have always done my own painting but was never a ladder person and now I don't belong on a ladder at all.
