The Project Coordinator will put together quotes/contracts for houses/shops and other projects. Construct floor plans and exterior drawings to customer’s needs (program knowledge in Maestro and Chief Architect would be nice but not a must have). This role involves assisting in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Duties
- Preparing project proposals, drawings, time frames, schedules, and material orders
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, and correspondence
- The preparation of proposal estimates
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress and address any issues
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all material phases are on track
Qualifications
- Must have 10yrs experience or more in the field
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and contract management
