We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Ride Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, assisting with boarding and disembarking, and providing an exceptional ride experience. As a Ride Attendant, you will be a vital part of the transportation experience, creating a welcoming environment for passengers while maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet passengers and assist them with entering and exiting the vehicle safely.
Ensure all passengers are seated comfortably and securely during the ride.
Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions and addressing concerns.
Monitor the safety of passengers during transit, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Assist in managing vehicle loading and unloading processes, especially for passengers with special needs.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness inside the vehicle before and after each ride.
Ensure proper functioning of all vehicle equipment (e.g., seat belts, audio systems, etc.).
Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Handle ride-related paperwork or digital logs as required.
Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and local traffic laws.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or transportation preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Ability to handle a variety of passenger needs with patience and professionalism.
Valid [Driver’s License] and a clean driving record (if driving is part of the role).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
