Job Summary:
As a Dispatchable Field Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for our customers from one of a variety of industries. This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de-oxygenation, electro deionization, and ultrafiltration (UF).Open to candidates that live in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and UtahKey Characteristics Conduct maintenance and calibration activitiesConsult with customer management and operation teamsExcellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skillsEnsure contract compliance of volume and quality specificationsOperate, monitor, and optimize equipment performanceReliable, punctual, and committed to showing up consistently for clients and colleagues alikeAbility to problem-solve on the spot and remain composed under pressureSelf-motivated and able to work independently while remaining a collaborative team playerStrong professional presence and the ability to represent a brand with pride and integrityDuties & Responsibilities Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentationCreate and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performedMaintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement partsMonitor and maintain chemical injection systemsPerform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirementsReview customer plant installations and compare against WTS reference drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics, general arrangement, etc.)Other duties as assigned
