Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Medical Qualification Center Manager position. The Medical Qualification Center Manager is expected to provide key insights and recommendations related to medical billing management for the branches they are partnered with. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead a large team locally that perform functions from intake verification to claim submittal
• Manage business processes to ensure claims are submitted in a timely manner, pending intakes are processed within established guidelines, and that held revenue and claim denial rateis within established guidelines
• Plan and lead the process improvement projects
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard business analytics and prepare periodic management reports
• Ensure clinical and billing staff are appropriately updated on coding requirements
• Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or the equivalent work experience in the DME industry
• 5+ years of relevant management experience demonstrating a progression of growth in scope and responsibility
• Ability to accurately enter data into computers and acquire a working knowledge of any software application necessary to the position
