Position Summary: The Community Engagement Coordinator will play an important role in establishing and nurturing connections between the local community and the Entrepreneur Lab. This individual will proactively engage with entrepreneurs, business figures, and community stakeholders to foster growth and success for the Entrepreneur Lab. Central responsibilities include cultivating relationships to secure sponsorships, fundraising efforts, and establishing an Advisory Board comprising influential local leaders. Additionally, active participation in local events and activities will be crucial to drive the Entrepreneur Lab's success.Working Hours: Part-time position, 19.5 hours per week. Essential Functions: Initiate and maintain connections within the community to support the objectives of the Entrepreneur Lab. Meet with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community members to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth. Assist with fundraising initiatives and secure sponsorships to sustain and expand the Entrepreneur Lab's operations. Collaborate closely with the Director to strategize and establish an Advisory Board comprised of local leaders. Attend local events and activities to enhance visibility and engagement. Assist in the execution of engagement plans to maximize community involvement and support for the Lab's initiatives. Create and maintain records of engagement activities and their impact on the Lab's growth. Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of experience in Community Engagement or Fundraising. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
