Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Post Falls, Idaho. The selected candidate will be joining our team and will be tasked with administrative functions such as processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Key responsibilities: Coordination of interviews with hiring managers and sending out necessary correspondence to candidates. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of new hire paperwork and coordination of orientation. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing HR paperwork, and maintaining HR records. Handling sensitive information concerning potential hires and current employees in a confidential manner. Utilizing skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations to perform tasks efficiently. Ensuring the accuracy of customer credit records. Efficiently and accurately processing customer credit applications. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization.
