Description We are in search of a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to be a part of our team in the Construction/Contractor industry, located in Post Falls, Idaho. The role involves the management of financial records, including but not limited to, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger reconciliation, and payroll administration. Responsibilities: Oversee the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Ensure accurate financial records by utilizing accounting software Conduct general ledger reconciliation to verify the precision of financial data Manage payroll for a substantial number of employees, including prevailing wage payroll Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with financial regulations Handle contract administration and onboarding procedures Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed Maintain an understanding of corporate accounting practices.SALARY RANGE: $25 - $30 per hour DOE BENEFITS OFFERED:

Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting functions Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Familiarity with the construction/contractor industry Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and trustworthiness Demonstrated problem-solving skills Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
