Reports To Director of CMT
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
As directed by and in cooperation with the Content Management Team Lead:
Carries out responsibilities in ways that reflect BestNotes’ core values of Transparency, Empathy, and Creativity
Protects the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of ePHI that is held or transmitted by BestNotes on behalf of its customers
Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates Content Management Team (CMT) initiatives; ensures that initiatives are coordinated with other BestNotes departments that may be impacted
Proposes, develops, approves, and updates documentation and profile documentation to reflect the appropriate behavioral health care standards, regulatory compliance, and customer need
Meets with customers to develop an understanding of clinical and operational needs, obstacles, and other considerations
Develops training materials and provides training in the format that best meets customers’ needs
Manages multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication
Maintains professional communication with colleagues and customers
Performs all other responsibilities and duties as assigned
Qualifications Needed:
Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues and customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders and partners
Capacity to see projects to completion and meet deadlines
Good knowledge of systems involved in a behavioral health setting preferred
Computer experience
Type minimum 50+ wpm
Education
Associate degree or higher in related field preferred (e.g., business, communications, healthcare, behavioral health or other related field)
1-2 years work experience in related field can replace degree
