Help Wanted: Farm & Ranch Hand – Central Nevada
Housing & Utilities Provided | Pay DOE - Seasonal Contract
We’re looking for a hardworking, versatile individual to join our farm and ranch operation in beautiful central Nevada. If you have a strong work ethic, mechanical skills, and a good attitude, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview:
Assist with hay production, equipment repairs, and pivot maintenance
Help with cattle work when needed
Perform general ranch duties including fencing and upkeep
Mechanical work on tractors, swathers, rakes, vehicles, and more
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation
Mechanical skills required
Must be a self-starter who can also take direction and work well with others
No drinking, drug use, or smoking in equipment – zero tolerance
Prior farm/ranch experience a big plus, but willing to train the right person with the right attitude
