Dynamic Plumbing is looking for a dependable, organized Office Assistant to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and being part of a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Gather and enter customer information accurately
- Schedule appointments and relay messages to team members
- Assist with basic office tasks (data entry, filing, emails, simple record-keeping)
- Help keep the office organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stay organized
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new software
- Willingness to learn and work well with others
- No experience required, we will train the right person
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, 8 AM - 5 PM Monday-Friday
- $16–$18 per hour DOE
