So Ida compost is looking for experienced loader operators to run screening plant and some tractor knowledge running composter on local Dairies. Employee must have valid driver's license and able to lift 40 lb. Basic mechanical knowledge and willing to grease is a must. Some shovel work will be required. 5 days a week approximately 10 hours a day. Starting wage is $16 an hour
