Looking for a full-time farm mechanic. Experience preferred but doesn't need to have certifications, just someone who is mechanically inclined. You would be working in a heated, spacious shop with all tools provided. You would be in charge of diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and ordering parts for tractors, loaders, combines, trucks, pickups, center pivots, etc. Primary job would be doing mechanic work but you will be expected to fill-in on a tractor, loader, or other piece of equipment as part of the team.
Must be honest, dependable, organized, have a valid driver's license, have a good attitude, legally in the US, and pass a background check and drug test. If you aren't mechanical and don't meet the requirements, don't waste my time.
March-November hours would be 7-6 with an hour lunch break Monday through Friday and 7-12 Saturdays. December-February hours are 7-6 with hour lunch break Monday through Thursday. Sunday's off year round except for rare instance of a center pivot problem.
