Don't be a number for the big guys. I'm a small company that takes good care of my drivers. Almost always home weekly, unless you request to stay out longer. Pay is .40-.50 per mile. Drive less and make more or drive more and make even more. Trucks are well maintained. Most of our lanes stay in the west with the occasional trip to the Midwest. No Northeast driving. Freight is mainly refrigerated with frozen loads occasionally. No touch freight. A lot of drop and hook loads so you aren't wasting time at shippers. Sign on bonus and referral bonus available. You work directly with the owner. No dispatchers or middle liaison. Must have a CDL-A with two years of verifiable experience.
