Description Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager (Hybrid - 1 day a week wfh )to join our team in Aurora, Illinois. As the Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager, you will oversee the accounts payable team and be actively involved in the processing of invoices and vendor management. Supervise the processing of vendor statements. Lead an accounts payable team and pcard team, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the processing of pcards within Concur, including report creation and receipt attachment. Participate in the transition to a more automated Purchase Order system. Ensure adherence to accounting functions and principles, including account coding, accrual accounting, and auditing.
