Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Aurora, Illinois, to join our team in the Plastics Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, from overseeing construction projects to managing IT-related tasks. Responsibilities: Supervise the construction and installation of silos, concrete pads, and room additions at the production facility. Frequently patrol the production floor to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with the IT department to manage the infrastructure setup. Serve as the sole project manager for our team, handling a variety of responsibilities across different domains. Utilize Asana as the project management system to track, manage, and report on project progress. Engage in IT projects, including working with Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, and Cloud Technologies. Implement CRM and Database systems as part of your responsibilities. Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies for project management. Oversee budget processes and ensure financial efficiency of the projects. Apply effective change management strategies to ensure successful project transitions. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders. Requirements Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is a must for effective project tracking. Knowledge of Cisco Technologies is required for network and IT solutions. Experience with Cloud Technologies, for data storage and access, is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary for customer relationship management. Database management skills are needed for efficient data organization. Mastery of About Time software for effective project time tracking is required. Agile Scrum expertise is essential for managing and delivering projects effectively. Understanding of Budget Processes is needed for financial planning and control. Experience in Change Management is crucial for implementing changes smoothly. Excellent Communication skills are required for effective team management and client interaction.
