Director of Operations; Director of Operations; Medical Surgical SubspecialtiesDirector of Operations provides senior leadership and direction in all aspects of business operations for multiple on-site medical surgical subspecialty practices. Responsibilities include but not limited to oversight of patient flow, staffing, patient experience, budget, practice management information system, front end revenue cycle management and human resources. Provides hands-on assistance in assessing operations and developing and implementing systems that result in streamlined processes, decreased costs and improved patient, provider and employee satisfaction.Position Requirements :Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.10+ years leadership experience in medical surgical subspecialty practices interacting with physicians and practice staff, with strong working knowledge of all aspects of practice operations.Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.Experience with EPIC ambulatory record preferred and proficient Excel skills.Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
