AnthroMed Education invites you to join our passionate team to fulfill an FMLA coverage position in a partner school in Aurora, Illinois. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with AnthroMed Education, you’ll be a vital member of a collaborative educational team, guiding students in their communication and language growth. This position provides a wonderful opportunity to impact Pre-K students positively, supported by the resources and expertise of the AnthroMed Education network.Key Responsibilities:

Work full-time, Monday through Friday, starting immediately - 4/42025.

Deliver speech and language therapy services for Pre-K students.

Support students within a self-contained environment.

Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language needs.

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.

Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster student success.

Track and document student progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.

Stay informed on the latest best practices in speech-language pathology and engage in ongoing professional development.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

State licensure in Illinois and certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Experience with school-aged children, particularly at the Pre-Klevel.

Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
