Description On behalf of our client in the Hi Tech Engineering industry, located in near Geneva, Illinois, and we are seeking a Human Resources Director to join our clients team. In this role, you will be building the HR department from the ground up, all HR operations, from staffing and recruitment to compensation and benefits programs. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all HR policies, practices, and procedures. Ensure all HR operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines. Take charge of the development and implementation of employee benefit strategies and manage relationships with benefit vendors. Develop and oversee training and development programs that align with our business objectives. Work to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness by implementing internal HR procedures. Collaborate with management to oversee the performance review process and address performance-related issues. Lead, develop and oversee compensation and benefits programs. Conduct staffing needs assessment and oversee recruiting and hiring processes. Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.· At least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.· Maintain strong knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, HR laws and regulations, and employment law.· Exceptional written and verbal communication, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
