Role Overview
This role is ideal for a Master’s degree student (or advanced undergraduate) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration seeking hands-on bookkeeping experience within a real estate and property management operation.
Responsibilities
Record expenses, receipts, and vendor invoices.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
Maintain ledgers and prepare monthly financial summaries.
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
Organize and maintain digital financial records.
Support preparation for tax filings with CPA.
Qualifications
Current or incoming student pursuing a Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (high-performing undergraduates also considered).
High standards of integrity, honesty, responsibility, and punctuality.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation & Schedule
$17–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Flexible schedule (10–15 hours per week, with potential for growth).
