This position requires your own vehicle, this is a leasing and management corporation in Bloomington and Normal, IL. We have 2 properties in Bloomington and Normal. One is Anglers Manor; a 55 and older independent senior living facility, and BN Affordable Homes. The candidate would need to do weekly janitorial at Anglers Manor and Light maintenance work. Along with the 26 Homes around Bloomington/Normal(BN Affordable Homes) that require light maintenance assistance. When work orders You will be reimbursed for your gas and phone usage.
Job duties require
-Background knowledge in maintenance
-Janitorial experience
-Outside maintenance
-Your own vehicle
-Picking up at least 100lbs
-Respond to emergency calls
Our Maintenance man will be training you.
